Creating some #boutonnieres for the wedding.
From the moment my parents handed me a box of crayons, there arose a passion. In my life design is a huge passion, as well as a major influence.
I'm originally from Mt. Pleasant, Michigan and am a graduate of Ferris State University. By day I am a designer at a wonderful design firm called brightly.
But who am I really? I’m fun, even occasionally funny. I hold a positive or “It’s all good” outlook toward life. I listen and evaluate situations before I take action. Working hard toward creative communication is my goal. I’m innovative, but grounded in practicality. A problem solver with intent to help people descibes me. I have a dependable foundation, and you can always look at me as a shoulder to lean on. I'm a forward thinker and like to believe every design situation is a learning experience.

Creating some #boutonnieres for the wedding.
I have done a little updating on my website, since it has been a while. Check it out at http://sarahtodddesign.com/index.html.
Finished up some wedding programs!
It has been completed! So excited and cannot wait to finish the rest of the room up! I love the rustic look and #pallet-walls a lot!
The start of the pallet wall for my office, so excited and stayed tuned to see the finished product soon!
Stumbled upon this quote today and felt it to be very true. It’s all about balance with everything we do.
Capturing the fall moments before it is too late!
Now that is a deck I could handle sitting at all day!

“Putting a little extra fun into dinner time and boardroom meetings, this four poster table uses its structure to suspend a central GEO lampshade and eight hanging chairs that sway playfully. This design creates an exceptionally divergent experience and aesthetic, creating a room within a room, with chairs that float around the table, it also makes vacuuming a breeze.”
Duffy London is an idea-based company, Some of our ideas run along similar themes and concepts, while others are completely different. When we gain access to new production methods this inspires us to take new directions and helps us to evolve our designs. Duffy London produce furniture, lighting and interior products which are designed mostly by Chris Duffy but he draws on the designers that work for him and his friends in the same industry for their assistance and contributions to the designs.

I came across this identity today and really appreciated and enjoyed the design.
“The design challenge for BRR was to capture the essence of Antarctica – ‘The Earth’s White Box’ whilst retaining both the integrity of the scientific research and capturing the visual beauty of this majestic continent. The BRR team realised that information on this continent was like an iceberg floating in the ocean. As icebergs reveal a small section of themselves above the horizon whilst concealing a greater part underwater, there is a large percentage of information that still requires investigating for the betterment of our planet’s future.”
